1. League

This will be a fantasy football league of 12 teams, competing head-to-head for a regular season of 13 weeks. There will be a 6 team playoff beginning week 14 of the NFL season.

2. Draft

The draft for the Roughing the Kicker league will be held online on Saturday, September 1 at 8:30 PM Eastern Time.  Roughing the Kicker II will draft at 5 PM Eastern time on September 1.  The draft order will be determined randomly by Yahoo approximately 30 minutes before the draft starts. The draft software allows 90 seconds per draft pick. If any team disconnects during the draft their picks will be made by that manager's pre-draft rankings. If the manager has not pre-ranked players, the best available player will be auto-drafted according to the Yahoo rankings. Managers are responsible for their pre-draft rankings.

3. Trades

There is no trading of draft picks during the draft. After the draft is completed, there is no limit on trades for the duration of the season. Trades are approved or denied by commissioner review. Trades will only be denied if there is obvious collusion between managers.

4. Free Agents/Add-Drops/Waiver Claims

There is no limit on add/drops during the season or playoffs. Dropped players will be on waivers for 2 days before becoming free agents. The waiver order will begin as the draft order reversed. Once a manager uses their waiver slot, they will go to the "back of the line" in the waiver order. Once the playoffs begin, all teams that are not in the top 6 seeds will be locked from making add/drops. As teams are eliminated from the playoffs, they will also be locked from making add/drops. Add/drops will be frozen from Sunday at 1 PM Eastern Time until 3 AM Wednesday morning. After 3 AM Wednesday, any unclaimed players will be free agents and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

5. Rosters

The starting roster will be QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF. Player eligibility will be determined by Yahoo. There will be 8 bench slots that can be filled with any position.

6. Lineup Submission

Players may be moved into or out of the starting lineup until approximately 10 minutes before that player's game. Monitering player status is the responsibility of every owner. Owners are strongly urged to check their lineups for injuries and bye weeks.

7. Scoring

Stats will be scored as follows:

8. Abandoned Teams
In the interest of league integrity, any team that the commissioner deems to have been abandoned will have its lineup set at the commissioner's discretion. This includes making add/drops in the event that an abandoned team can not field a full team.

9. Finances
The buy in for this league is $100. When using paypal, please use the "gift" tab to avoid fees. The address for mail or paypal payments is on the league homepage. Teams must be paid in full by August 28thst. Any team not paid in full before the deadline will be deleted and replaced.

Payouts - The payouts will be as follows:
Regular Season:
1st place- $300
2nd place - $200
3rd place - $100

Playoffs:
1st place - $300
2nd place - $200
3rd place - $100


10. Rule Changes

Any rule changes must be approved by a majority vote. Rule changes must be made before Wednesday, August 25th. Votes on rules will be posted on the league message board and voted on by private e-mail to the commissioner.

11. Disputes

Any issues not covered in the constitution will be handled by commissioner discretion. If the issue involves the commissioner's team, decisions will be made by majority vote of the league.
